Who Is Mountain West Anesthesia?
Mountain West Anesthesia (MWA) is comprised of high caliber, board certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAS) that provide professional services to multiple facilities throughout Phoenix and its surrounding cities. The CRNAs of MWA are highly trained in many modalities of anesthesia which include; general anesthesia, monitored anesthesia care (MAC), obstetrics and regional anesthesia. Our vast experience in the operating room (OR) extends to office based administration of anesthesia as well. Being able to provide cost effective, safe and reliable healthcare is one of our main priorities.

Our mission is to provide our patients with the highest level of anesthetic care without compromising patient safety or bedside manner. We believe in caring for all patients, regardless of socioeconomic class, race or gender. The prevailing culture within our company is one of tireless work ethic, great clinical acumen, compassion for our patients, and respect for our fellow colleagues.
Meet our President
Antonio D. Moore is a board Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who is well versed in a variety of anesthetic techniques and capable of managing the simplest to the most complex of anesthesia cases. He earned his Master's Degree in Nurse Anesthesia from Midwestern University Glendale, AZ and has been practicing as a CRNA for 11 years.
His excellent bed side manner, patient advocacy, clinical, communication and problem solving skills has earned the respect of his colleagues and patients alike. He is an efficient leader and communicates effectively with all levels of the surgical team.
He is the founder of Mountain West Anesthesia, an active member of the Arizona Association of Nurse Anesthetist, American Association of Nurse Anesthetist, Arizona Political Action Committee and published author "Myocardial Infarction in Pregnancy" AANA Journal February 2012.
